RETURNS AND SWAPS
All returns will be issued a store credit for www.jackofthedust.com or a Full refund. this includes all payment methods used for your purchase.
If for whatever reason you need to cancel you order please notify me by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible or you will risk the order being sent out to your postal address.
If your order has already been shipped out to your postal address you will be required to cover all postage costs to send the artwork back to jack of the dust in order to receive a full refund on the order.
Returns needs to be sent back within 14 days for Australia, 21 days for International.
** Please note - All returns will need to be returned in brand new condition, unworn, marks, breakages etc. Upon inspection of the item, If the item is returned in any other condition than the condition it was sent in, no credit will be issued.
** When returning your item, if it is not received or lost in transit we cannot offer a credit for the item. Due to this we recommend you return your item with tracking.
I will be devastated if you receive an item which has been damaged in transit. We do our best to ensure your Artwork is protected, however in the RARE instance that an item is found to have damage caused from postage please contact me on email@example.com. I will cover all the postage fees to get the artwork sent back to jack of the dust, as soon as I receive the artwork I will sent out a replacement free of charge or issue a store credit for 100% of purchase price.
1. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you receive the item.
2. We will cover your postage cost to return the item.
3. Once received we will inspect the damaged Artwork, we will contact you through your order email to organize a replacement or swap free or charge!
** Please note – if the artwork is not reported damaged, as soon as you receive the order the credit or replacement will not be honored.
We ship worldwide with FREE express courier!
*The only exception is we dont ship to the OFAC countries listed below
* North Korea
* Cote d'Ivoire
* Democratic Republic of the Congo
Orders placed within Australia before 1pm Mon-Fri will be sent on the same day via Express courier, any orders after 12pm will be sent the next business day.
All orders will receive a tracking number, for this you must supply your email address to which you will have your tracking number sent to. You can click on the link in the order at any time to watch where your parcel is.
